Ross has appeared before almost every administrative agency that regulates the environment. He has also appeared in front of numerous legislative bodies, including many of the small towns in King County and neighboring counties.

Ross also serves as an arbitrator/mediator. Having trained at a 40-hour session at Snohomish and Island County Alternative Dispute Resolution Center, two days with with Alan Alhadeff, and attended a day and half seminar at the recent Northwest Regional Mediation/Arbitration Seminar.

Ross has practiced law for over thirty-five years. Through his experience, his many bar activities, and his pro bono community activities, Ross is well known and regarded in the Seattle legal community.

Ross first became active in land use law while with the Seattle City attorney’s office from 1975-1981. This coincided with the passing of environmental land use laws of the time allowing Ross to be on the ground floor of a new and burgeoning area of law.

Ross has litigation experience in front of juries and with administrative agencies. He has represented both insurance companies, and injured people in their claims.
