Mediation/Arbitration

 My training in mediation has included two days training from Allen Elhatiff, 40-hour training by Snohomish and Island County alternative dispute resolution center and a recent day and half training with the Northwest Mediation/Arbitration organization. I have arbitrated about 50 cases through the King County mandatory arbitration program. The cases that I would be qualified to Arbitrate/Mediate are real property disputes, landlord-tenant, real estate contract issues such as interpretation of leases, environmental impacts, personal injury, and disputes between municipalities.
